Applications are invited for a full-time scholarship available in the Lancashire Law School. The scholarship is tenable for up to 3 years for a PhD (via MPhil route) [subject to satisfactory progress] and is open to international applicants only. UK/EU applicants are not eligible to apply. The scholarship will provide £15000 towards the cost of the International tuition fee over 3 years.

Project Title: China’s Compliance with International Law: Issues and Prospects

Project Description:

This project will examine China’s recent practices in international law to see how and to what extent that China complies with relevant international rules and norms it has subscribed. The successful candidate may choose any area of international law within the designated theme for her/his dissertation project. It is expected that the candidate has a good command of Chinese as well as knowledge of the Chinese law.

Applicants should have, or expect to receive a qualification equivalent to a high class UK honours degree.

Sounds good but I don't get why do we have to pay fee when it's a scholarship? I just picture scholarship is being paid for EVERYTHING! Lolz... Anyway, good sharing :)

it depends, cuz some scholarship doesn't cover everything,... i haven't read detail about this one cuz won't plan for PhD that soon hahaha :D
