- 10:00am - 2:00pm Team Registration and Orientation Fair (Ballroom Leve el, Fairmont)All teams must check-in and register during this period. If a team does notarrive and register by 2:00pm, the team will not be scheduled to compete.
- 2:00pm Team Orientation (Grand Ballroom, Fairmont)All teams must attend the Team Orientation. Special remarks will be deliveredby Shearman & Sterling partner Yas Banifatemi.
- 5:00pm Bailiff Orientation (Executive Forum, Fairmont) For exhibition and observation teams and all other bailiffs.
- 5:30pm Exhibition Team Meeting (Executive Forum, Fairmont)
- 6:00pm Distribution of Preliminary Round Schedule and Opponent Memorials (Roosevelt, Fairmont) This is when teams will receive their schedule of matches and the memorials of the opponents for the Preliminary Rounds.
- 8:00pm Judge Orientation (Ballroom I, Fairmont)
- 8:30am-9:30am Breakfast for Teams

- All Day ILSA Spring Conference Panels on International Law topics throughout the day. All Jessup Team Members, Team Advisors, Volunteers, and Judges are invited to attend the ILSA Spring Conference for free. Please refer to the ILSA Spring Conference Program for a schedule and description of conference events. Please make sure to wear your Jessup badge when attending conference events.
- 10:00am - 12:00pm Jessup Run-Off Rounds All are invited to attend advanced rounds.
- 2:00pm - 4:00pm Octo-final Rounds All are invited to attend advanced rounds.
- 9:00pm Go-National Dress Ball (Grand Ballroom, Fairmont) All are invited to attend. Everyone is encouraged to come dressed in traditional national costume or other creative attire.
- All Day ILSA Spring Conference Panels on International Law topics throughout the day. All Jessup TeamMembers, Team Advisors, Volunteers, and Judges are invited to attend the ILSA Spring Conference for free. Please refer to the ILSA Spring Conference Program for a schedule and description of conference events. Please make sure to wear your Jessup badge when attending conference events.

- 12:30pm – 2:00pm Pathways to Careers in International Law The ABA Section of International Law presents an informative panel to offercareer advice to those interested in International Law.
- 2:00pm - 4:00pm Semifinal Rounds All are invited to attend advanced rounds.
- 6:30pm Jessup 50th Anniversary Celebration(Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center)Dinner event to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Jessup Competition.Tickets required. - 4:00pm Shearman & Sterling Jessup Cup World Championship Round (Grand Ballroom, Fairmont) All are invited to attend. Please arrive early as space is limited.
- 9:00pm Final Gala and Announcement of Awards (Grand Ballroom, Fairmont) Come to have fun one last time with a night of music and dancing. Awards will be announced. Semi-formal dress.
- 8:00am - 11:00am Distribution of Team Packets (Registration Desk, Ballroom Level) Teams can pick up their scoresheets and participation certificates during this time.
