when u think of polices traffic, what is ur first impression?

What are they doing? Price negotiation? where is the receipt from the police? does they know new traffic law well? where the money that they got from people goes? what, why and how?
how bad the traffic jam every evening is!!!

Phnom Penh-ers should read and understand the traffic law so at least we are not negligent or breach the laws. In any cases, we have bad luck, the polices traffic might stop us, we have sth to respond back. Ex, according to the new Traffic Law art2 said bla bla..., i shall pay only 5,000 Riel, i will get a receipt from the police traffic.

Where DO U and Your S.O. want to settle down at?

My answer is I have no where to go yet! i mean i don't know where or how can i settle down since i still have a very long way to go...Sigh!! I've been growing up in srok khmer. I went to university straight after high school, and I studied 2 majors, law and psychology…u couldn’t imagine how difficult I was! Since I had no choice! I got (stupid) government scholarship for my psychology field but I really like law field so I decided taking both…what a stupid! One day, on the way back home at primary school, I saw a poor kid sleeping at a yard under raining holding his empty body, I felt sorry for him. I was thinking that I was lucky, and wouldn’t wish my family could afford me to buy a toy that I really love any more! Last Minute Sapa Adventure: Pushing Limits

Again, I booked my latest trip like a day before! This time, I joined my friend on a trip to Sapa, Vietnam.  I wanted to challenge myself and see if my body could handle the hiking and long days (12 hours!) exploring with my younger friends.  Since I was on a budget, I booked a transit flight from Phnom Penh to Hanoi with a layover in Ho Chi Minh City. This turned out to be a bad idea! Going through immigration twice was a hassle, and luckily, I hadn't checked in my luggage, or it would have been a disaster. To top it off, my flight was delayed twice for a total of two hours, making me arrive in Hanoi at 11 pm.  Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled about waking up at 5 am to catch the 6 am bus to Sapa. Despite the rough start, I made it (with a few complaints!). The first day of hiking in a village was an amazing experience. I absolutely loved it!
